I went to Nower wood on Monday with a couple of people from my local camera club.The day was lead by one of my good friends doug. Doug showed us around the wood and was full of knowledge about the specious that live in the woods.The new manager,Hayden,chatted to me about his career in documentary film-making.These pieces of information and knowledge,I think,are vital to a job as they are first hand reports about what it’s like being a wildlife filmaker.But I have to say that the man of the hour was Doug, a truly knowlegable guy but first and foremost a true friend.
