Hi, well yesterday I went up to Nower wood to meet Hayden(the boss) to discuss plans for a new moth book and they asked me if I would be able to take photos for the book,well I never miss an opportunity so I said yes straight away. When the book is fineshed(sometime next year)I will put up a post about it. After the talk me and dad had a little look around the wood.After turning over some logs I found a couple of violet ground beetles which shone a vivid violet coluor.We also found a small concrete pond filled with Southern hawer dragonflies and their lava, these made great photographic subjects.
