As the weather has been truly awful I decided to do some studio work inside,well I say studio work but really I was just having a go at pet photography. I had a whole menagerie of creatures from snakes to lizards which I have acquired since a young boy. One particular creature,George the Crested gecko loves his photo taken and his eyes are astoundingly colorful. My setup was simple, his vivarium would be my studio and lite by the vivarium lights. It took a little time in getting a good composition and image as the lights were causing chaos in the white balance department. I got a couple of decent images after the shoot which I am quite pleased with. Enjoy 🙂
